Circulation Manager
The Circulation Manager directs all the Distributors and ensures that the paper is widely assessable. Without a solid Circulation manager the Frontline paper has no chance for growth and popularity!
note: this is an administrative position.

Chief Recruiter
The Recruiters Office is responsible for keeping the paper staffed with quality personnel. This is a demanding position and has a high burn-out rate. The Editor-in-Chief will attempt to rotate Staff members for recruitment duty.

Investigative Reporter
Investigative reporters (IR) seek out stories and submit articles. IR's report directly to the Managing Editor. IR's face deadlines and must communicate with the Managing editor regarding subject matter. Each IR is given a beat. Overall they are the highest ranking reporters and have the most freedom.

General Assignment Reporter
General Assignment Reporters are given specific assignments. The assignments can range from doing an interview of a President to writing a classified ad. This is where a reporter earns his/her stripes and finds there niche before being assigned a permanent beat.

Graphic Artist
Graphic Artists are the ones who make the papers more appealing to the eyes. They report directly to the Graphics Editor for assignments. Deadlines are involved, but seeing your work published makes it more than worth it. The pictures, graphics, and art work they provide can catch the readers attention and truly add something to the story they are covering.

Cartoonist
Cartoonist bring together art work and writing. They can make you laugh or make a statement. Cartoonist report to both the Managing and Graphics Editor, but they have a lot of freedom with their work.

Freelance Writer
Freelance writers can be good or bad. If they are good there articles will make the final press, but if they are bad it won't see the light of day. Some people don't want to face deadlines and this position is perfect for them. However they must realize that Frontline Reporters have the benefit over them as fas as getting work published.

Distributer
Distributors are the backbone of the newspaper. They make sure that the paper gets circulated around CN. Without the Distributors the success of Frontline News would be impossible! Distributors communicate directly with the Circulation manager.
